The ‘brodetto alla termolese’ is much more than a simple fish soup. Fresh fish prepared according to the ancient recipe of the fishermen of Termoli.
The ‘brodetto’ was born as a poor dish of fishermen of Termoli, who used unsold fish – soles, cods, prawns, cuttlefish, squids, mussels and clams – to prepare a tasty soup made with fresh tomatoes, with the addition of sweet green pepper.
An ancient recipe that is expertly prepared and served in a large terracotta pan.
An unmissable dish!
