The ‘pastarelle’ are a classic of the Molise confectionery tradition. Soft soaking biscuits, simple and genuine.
Few ingredients, healthy and genuine, and very simple to prepare at home.
Here is the recipe:
– 500 g of flour 00
– 3 egges
– 50 g of soft butter (or lard)
– 125 g of sugar
– 250 ml of milk
– grated peel of half a lemon
– 15 g of ammonia for sweets
1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar and then add the other ingredients little by little. the dough must be dense, not too liquid.
2. With a spoon, take the dough and form small rounds of dough on a baking tray lined with paper baking, spacing them a few centimeters from each other.
3. Bake at 180 ° in static mode for about 15 minutes.
