It is true that there is good wine in the small barrel. Molise boasts an extraordinary cuisine that have nothing to envy from other well-known regional cuisines.
An authentic and genuine cuisine, strongly anchored to tradition but open to experimentation and reinterpretation. A cuisine that is based on quality products: black and white truffles, extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, bread, a surprising variety of fresh and cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses, fresh pastas, baked goods, and so on.
On 19 November 2019 the permanent exhibition of Molise products was inaugurated in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from Villa Borghese (via Alessandria, 34).
This is a great challenge: the first sales point in Italy with the Molise Food brand. A challenge, conceived by the Quid Novi Foundation (spin-off of Forche Caudine, composed of entrepreneurs of Molise origin), joined by twenty producers.
