“(S)confini. Gino Marotta e la nuova Scuola Molisana” is the title of the exhibition which will be inaugurated in Pescara on 21 September 2019. On display are the works of a collective of artists from Molise, selected by the art critic Tommaso Evangelista, in dialogue with some works by the great artist Gino Marotta.
An exhibition conceived on the «virtual dimension of the margin, perceived as a vital place of form».
Michele Peri, Antonio Tramontano, Ivana Volpe, Laura Fratangelo, Luciano Sozio and Gianmaria De Lisio: a collective of artists from Molise – selected by the art critic Tommaso Evangelista – who spent a period of residence in Pescara where they have produced works that will be presented in dialogue with some artworks by Gino Marotta.
Marotta was an excellent sculptor, painter and designer; a great experimenter of unusual techniques and materials.
