The long journey of eighteen riders on horses to bring the statue of St. Michael the Archangel from the sanctuary of Monte Sant’Angelo, in Puglia, to Mont Saint Michel in Normandy (France) has begun. They will walk the ancient sheep tracks. From 8 to 10 May they will be in Molise.

Wednesday 8 May 2019 – I stage in Molise: arrival in the little church of Sant’Elena in Colletorto

Thursday 9 May 2019 – II stage in Molise: from Colletorto to Castelbottaccio

Friday 10 May 2019 – III stage in Molise: walking towards Bagnoli del Trigno, where the first part of the journey will end.
